The equipment adopts oil-water mixture technology. The residue of food can be auto-filtered in order to keep cleaning of oil and extend using cycle of frying oil.
Double mesh belt conveyor transport food can prevent food burnt when food cannot be carried out of the oil timely after deep fried.
